RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At PreciousAtom, every piece of jewelry is prepared with care, and we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

For eligible products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging, certificates, tags, accessories, and documentation.
• Jewelry must not show signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, or resizing.
• You must contact us at info@preciousatom.com before sending any item back.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send a return to any address without first contacting us.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

• Custom made jewelry
• Personalized jewelry
• Engraved jewelry
• Jewelry manufactured according to customer requested specifications
• Items altered or resized after delivery
• Final sale items
• Gift cards, if offered
• Items damaged through misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

If a product page has different return conditions, the conditions displayed on that product page will apply.

Engagement Rings and Made to Order Jewelry

Many PreciousAtom pieces may be made specifically for your selected metal, size, diamond, gemstone, or design.

If an item is customized beyond our standard product options, it may be considered a custom order and may not qualify for a standard return.

We recommend confirming all sizing, personalization, and customization details before approving an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@preciousatom.com as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Because jewelry can be valuable, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

PreciousAtom is not responsible for a return package that is lost before it reaches our approved return location.

If the return is due to an error by PreciousAtom, we will provide appropriate return instructions and determine responsibility for reasonable return shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for following the return shipping and customs instructions provided by PreciousAtom.

Any customs documentation should clearly indicate that the shipment is a returned item, where applicable.

PreciousAtom is not responsible for customs charges caused by incorrect return declarations submitted by the customer or shipping provider.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, expedited shipping costs, and similar charges may be non refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return resulted from an error by PreciousAtom.

Your financial institution may require additional time to display the refund after it has been processed.

Exchanges and Resizing

If you need a different size or wish to exchange an eligible piece, contact:

Availability, resizing fees, additional material costs, shipping charges, and production time may vary depending on the jewelry design.

Some eternity bands, engraved pieces, custom designs, and certain stone-set rings cannot be resized.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Once production has started, a stone has been specially sourced, customization has begun, engraving has been completed, or an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
